What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Just e-mail or call us for a return authorization number. We require a return authorization number so we can process your refund or exchange in a timely manner. All sales are finalafter 30 days of purchase.
In all cases the buyer-customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. If you return an item for a refund you will get a full refund of the item less the shipping and handling originally charged. We due not refund original shipping fees.
Items can also be returned if you want to exchanged one item for another item. The buyer would be responsible for all shipping fees back to us and all shipping fees necessary to ship the exchanged item back to buyer.
Return or Exchange Terms: Items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be in their original shape, not used, free of any defect and must be returned with original packing and tags. Items returned without a return authorization number will be charged a 15% handling fee which will be deducted from your refund or credit. When returning item, we recomend using original packaging when possible aand please include a note telling us what you would like us to do
Please note: The first step in returning or exchanging an items is to e-mail us or call us for a return authorization number before returning any item to us. We will issue a return authorization number which must be written on the package you are returning to us. The return authorization number will be used to process your return in a timely manner. The buyer -customer is responsible for return postage for all items returned to us for a refund and the buyer is responsible for return shipping for exchanged items. We will not accept any package which is returned to us which has postage due!
